Welcome to Rebalance by Lee
As a member of our rebalancing community, you will receive messages every two weeks. Every message and assignment will lead you in your journey to Rebalance Your Life. I encourage you to use the message boards as a tool for accountability and letting us know how and what you are doing in your acts of rebalancing. Remember once you take the smallest steps towards your greatest desires, you will go from ideas and good intentions and right into the life you have always dreamed of. Begin by stepping into COURAGE.

Take another step towards rebalancing your life!
STEP TWO: Once you have clarified what you want in your life in the areas of relationships, physical health, career, your lifetime desires, and what God wants for you then let's move forward with identifying the obstacles.
Our thoughts often define the obstacles. What we say to ourselves is what shows up.
For example: "I can't get control of my health because I can't control my eating: Therefore I am overweight and have heart problems."
"I can't do what I want in work because I have to earn at least what I am making now: Therefore I have a job I hate and feel unhappy and stuck."
ASSIGNMENT: Your assignment is journal for one month and what you say to yourself that keep you from living the life you want. Start by listening to what you say outloud. Now notice what your thoughts are saying. Write down what you are becoming aware of. This is how you start to rebalance. First it starts with a thought then changing the thought form to a written word. Soon you will begin to change your behaviors but, first I will show you how to change your thoughts
